Hillsboro - Clinton Crumley, 62, former Hillsboro resident died of a heart ailment at 9:30 p.m. Saturday in St. ELizabeth's Hospital, Lafayette. He had been in failing health two years. The son of Walter and Della Drollinger Crumley, he was born northwest of Hillsboro June 20, 1898. He was married to Hazel McCollum, who survives. Mr. and Mrs. Crumley lived 20 years at Williamsport while he was employed at the Harrison Steel Co in Attica. In later years he was with the maintenance department at Purdue University. Surviving besides the widow are two sons, Dale of Lafayette and Harold of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Leah Peyton of Sheldon, Ill. A daughter is deceased. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Crumley Funeral Home here with Rev. Richard Wilson of Sheldon and Rev. John Mullens of Lafayette officiating. Burial will be in Campbell's Chapel Cemetery west of Hillsboro. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday afternoon and evening.
